I am a single mother with 2 kids. Looking for a home with 3 bedrooms and utilities included. I could do 2 bedrooms, however, there is another baby due in July. I want a house with a yard, perferably fenced in because I want to be able to set up a pool for the kids.

Would like a 4 bedroom house with at least 1.5 bathroom. Will consider a house with 1 bathroom. House does not have to have a garage, but 1 would be nice. Maybe a fenced in yard not a need though. Would like the rent to be under $700.
